Dr. Vidyasagar Chandankere received his bachelor’s degree in medicine from Karnataka Medical College in Hubli and his master’s degree in orthopaedics from Sree Siddhartha Medical College (TUMKUR).
He worked at different medical colleges in Karnataka (Navodaya Medical College, Raichur) and Hyderabad, both teaching and performing clinical work (Mediciti medical college).
Most juvenile injuries and disorders were formerly treated by general orthopaedic surgeons, but he has chosen to specialize in childcare full-time.
He was one of the first surgeons in Hyderabad to establish Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery as a subspecialty.
From the famed Christian Medical College in Vellore, he obtained substantial clinical expertise in identifying and treating musculoskeletal issues in youngsters.
