Dr. U Meenakshisundaram is a highly-qualified Neurologist with 25+ years of experience.
He holds expertise in stroke, headaches, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, neuromuscular problems, neuropathies, movement disorders, and other neurological disorders.
After completing his MBBS from Madurai Kamaraj University in 1988, he pursued MD in General Medicine from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (TNMGRMU) in 1993 followed by DNB in Neurology from Madras Medical College, Chennai in 1997.
He is an active member of the European Neurological Society, American Academy of Neurology, and Indian Academy of Neurology.
He is currently the secretary of the Movement Disorders Society of India and an executive committee member of the Indian Academy of Neurology
He is a recipient of several awards and recognitions.
