He takes interest in teaching and takes classes for IAP Intensive Care and Paediatric Critical Care Fellowship.
He is also the instructor of numerous Paediatric Courses, such as: PFCCS, IAP-PALS, BPICC, and APICC.
He is the recipient of several awards, which include- First Asian Patient Safety Award for Medanta the Medicity Fall Safety, 2014, Gold Medal in IAP Paediatric Critical Care, Hyderabad, 2011 and James Flett Endowment Award – Gold Medal for research work at the 43rd National Conference of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Delhi, PEDICON, 2006.
He was the secretary of Delhi IAP intensive Care Chapter.
He takes keen interest in research and has several publications to his credit in national and international Paediatric Journals.
He has also authored chapters in books.
