Dr. Manocha has previously worked in several eminent hospitals such as Shree Ganga Ram Hospital, St. Stephens Hospital,Sunderlal Jain Hospital (as H.O.D.),Batra Hospital,Orthonova Hospital, SitaramBhartia Institute of Science & Research,Parmarth Mission Hospital and Primus Hospital.
Apart from this, he has also worked with AIIMS New Delhi as an assistant officer-in-charge.
He was awarded Johnson & Johnson traveling fellowship of Indian Orthopedic Association in 1973 and F.I.C.S. (Fellow of International College of Surgeons) in Orthopedic Surgery awarded in 1981.
