Dr. Aneel Kumar is a Neurologist with 15 years of expertise in this sector.
Dr. Aneel Kumar received his training at NIMS, which is one of the premier facilities in India for functional neurosurgery, including exposure movement disorder procedures, epilepsy surgeries, and spasticity surgeries.
He collaborated with the CCMB for a better understanding of the proteomes involved in the evolution of gliomas.
As a member of the NIMS faculty, he performed more than 60 deep brain stimulations for Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, and essential tremor.
He received his MBBS from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences Andhra Pradesh in 2002, his MS – General Surgery from the same institution in 2006, and MCh – Neuro Surgery from Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad.
He is a member of the Neuro Council of India as well as the World Society of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery.
Dr. Aneel Kumar is fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
